Clinical Science Systems provides various levels of support, based on individual contracts.
Product Feedback System To obtain contract-based support, please fill out a support request in the Product Feedback System. To use this system login is required. To login, press 'Log in' in the upper right corner of this page and provide your username and password. Once logged in, additional information on how to use the PFS is provided.
Incident reports Incident reports have to be confirmed both in the Product Feedback System as well as by telephone or telefax.
