NeuroCenter® Client

Analyses can easily be started from the Viewer module, by graphically selecting an analysis region. Analysis results are available in a separate workspace window and can be completely customized. The results consists of several items:

• Graph and area plots for displaying trends;
• Spectrograms representing '3D' data where the depth is represented by a customizable colormap;
• Data labels for displaying actual values.

The result items can be customized and these customized result outputs can be stored as presets for future recall. The result items have the following features:

• Manual or automatic X and Y axis scaling;
• Logarithmic or linear axis; 
• Customizable graph and axis titles;
• Customizable alarm treshold values and corresponding background colormap;
• Customizable spectrogram colormap;
• Marker and grid toggle;
• Print and save result viewport. 

NeuroCenter® ControlPanel

Within the ControlPanel you are able to:

• Create and test your own analyses by means of creating Matlab® scripts;
• Create and modify result layout windows;
• Define result item presets for recall in the client.
