Here you will find papers and presentations of Michel van Putten MD PhD, neurologist/clinical neurophysiologist.

Michel van Putten works at the Medisch Spectrum Twente, Enschede, a large teaching hospital in the Netherlands, as a neurologist/clinical neurophysiologist. Besides his clinical work, he works at the University of Twente at the Biomedical Signals and Systems group (BSS) and with the Institute of Technical Medicine (TG). He teaches Neurophysiology and Advanced Techniques for Biomedical Signal Analysis for undergraduate and graduate students.

The clinical problems he is daily faced with are one of the sources of inspiration for Research. In addition, he is the medical advisor and co-founder of Clinical Science Systems, a company that develops user-friendly software to assist in improving patient care. Currently, the main focus of the software under development in Clinical Science Systems is EEG recording, reviewing, reporting and analysis, but (near-)future projects will also involve many other aspects of clinical neurology and clinical neurophysiology.
