We have been involved in a  project studying the pathophysiology of chronic pain, working with M. Padberg MD.
She performs research on various pain syndromes, including chronic head pain (e.g. tension type headache). She performs several trials, and studied the possible effect of Botulinum toxin (BTx) in this patient category. We have performed a basic study on the effect of BTx on the neuromuscular junction in healthy controls.
